Chi Flow™ is a Tai Chi and Chi Kung based movement program that connects body, breath, and intention. With slow, flowing motions and coordinated breathing, students learn to awaken and circulate internal energy (Chi), improving balance, posture, and focus. Ideal for reducing stress and promoting overall wellness, Chi Flow is accessible to all levels.
